New Homes

New homes are subject to an average of 80 defects and 9 out of 10 new homes have faults that need attention. These organisations can protect your home.

• National House Building Council
  More than 80% of new homes built in the UK each year are registered with NHBC and have a 10-year warranty and insurance policy called 'Buildmark'. Contact the NHBC with any concerns surrounding building issues with your new home.
